RIC Team
There is team of very dedicated people behind Russians in the City who make it all happen.

Ksenia Bobkova runs RiC London, RIC Business. Ksenia is an enthusiast par excellence.

Julia Zagonek runs RIC Moscow and looks after RIC Lawyers. Julia is an international disputes lawyer and an occasional art critic.

Belqis Mutin helps with running RIC Monaco. Belqis is an open, multicultural and multilingual person. Belqis is passionate by coaching and psychology.

Ekaterina Anthony runs RiC Zurich. Ekaterina is responsible for the business development of Moscow Exchange in Europe, based in Zurich. She is a great optimist and achieves results through her sheer persistence. She is the water that wears away the stone.

Vadim Neumann runs RIC Zurich along with Ekaterina Anthony. Vadim works as a Business Development Manager for Intertrust in Switzerland and also supports the Swiss team with all tax related issues. Due to his job he is very well connected in Zurich area with Russian speaking professionals working in Switzerland. In his free time he likes to travel (Middle and East Asia) and meet new people.

Tatiana Gotvig runs RIC Hong Kong. Tatiana is a corporate lawyer with Norton Rose Fulbright who moved to Hong Kong from Brisbane in August 2014. Tatiana has been hopping between the hemispheres since 2001.  Starting her career as a Russian oil & gas lawyer in Moscow, she moved  to Vietnam, then Australia,  back to Moscow, back to Australia and lastly to Hong Kong, each move for the sake of a new qualification, a new passport or a new child. After acquiring two of each (qualifications, passports and children), Tatiana realised she has also acquired an extensive worldwide network of friends and colleagues. RIC Hong Kong for Tatiana is a way to maintain the network regardless of where the next move takes her.

Jane Fedotova is in charge of RiC Lawyers. Jane was a counsel at the LCIA and her passion is to promote the idea of arbitration as the most suitable dispute resolution procedure for international market players. In her spare time Jane leads a band, creates music and positive vibes.

Kate Platonova runs RIC IT and in her spare time draws colorful pictures and herds cats for a large investment bank. Some people refer to this activity as ‘Enterprise Data Architecture’. Kate has been working in the Information Technology field for the past 12 years, predominantly in financial services sector.

Pavel Pastukhov runs RIC IT. Pavel works as a software developer in a financial company handling the challenges of forex trading back-end.

Ksenia Anikina looks after career content, mentoring and vacancies on RIC website. Ksenia is a humanistic approach proponent at work and beyond.

Olga Pavlova co-chairs the mentoring program along with Ksenia. Olga is an experienced risk manager and the only serious mathematician among RIC team.

Ignaty Dyakov helps with RIC events. In his business Ignaty deals with all sorts of Russian language related issues from translation to teaching and marketing. He also educates British SMEs on doing business in Russia.

Nadya Kirichenko looks after RiC calendar. Nadya is a banking lawyer who has worked at a number of large financial institutions, including French bank Natixis and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. Currently works at Obelisk Legal Support Solutions Limited and is in charge of client delivery.

Grigory Spivak helps on charity matters. During the day Grigory works as an actuary (he wanted to be an accountant, but did not have enough personality).

Katya Roberts helps with making the RIC newsletters and website content to look readable. Katya is a professional English-Russian translator and interpreter, copywriter, communications specialist, member of Chartered Institute of Linguists.
